Coronado Ferry Landing

Green Accomplishments

We have had a recycling program in place since 2009. We supplied recycle bins throughout the center in partnership with EDCO. All of the tenants participate in our recycling including Peohe's, Candelas on the Bay and Il Fornaio.

One of our three sprinkler controllers has been fit with a moisture sensor which saves water and ultimately money for our tenants; we are hopeful to upgrade the other units in 2013.

We use 100% recycled paper products in our restrooms. In addition, the restrooms have ultra-low flush fixtures and self-metering lead-free lavatory faucets to help our water conservation efforts.

Coronado Ferry Landing houses an EcoSmart® 21,000 gallon water feature.
