The Port of San Diego is an economic engine for the region and an environmental steward for San Diego Bay. Between the scenic beaches, waterfront parks and thriving marinas, the Port continues to preserve the environmental integrity of the San Diego Bay and its surrounding areas.

That’s why the Port of San Diego is recognizing the local businesses that are a part of its Green Business Network. These businesses are taking action to reduce energy use, water use and solid waste, while promoting environmental awareness and creating a more sustainable Port of San Diego.

Show your support for the environment by visiting a Green Business Network member today!

Port of San Diego’s Sustainability Efforts
The Green Business Network is a voluntary program available to all Port tenants and subtenants that helps businesses save money and energy through educational and technical tools and resources. Currently 87 members make up the Green Business Network.

Businesses Leading the Way
Since 2010, member businesses have collectively saved the greenhouse gas emissions equivalent of removing 1,200 cars from the road for one year. Actual savings were 6.2 million kilowatt hours of electricity and 280,000 therms.
